Nije M. Johnson, M.S., is a compassionate, trauma-informed mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals through healing, self-discovery, and life transitions. With over five years of experience in mental health and addiction recovery, Nije has worked with individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, substance use, anxiety, self-worth challenges, and major life changes.
Nije believes that every person has a story that deserves to be heard and that healing begins in a space built on trust, safety, and authenticity. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their sense of self.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, Nije helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools for lasting growth and change.
Nije has a passion for working with individuals who are healing from past experiences, navigating grief, rebuilding self-worth, and creating a life that aligns with their values. She is especially passionate about supporting women, young adults, individuals in recovery, and those who have experienced childhood wounds, attachment challenges, or significant life transitions.
Through compassion, collaboration, and a strengths-based approach, Nije strives to remind clients that their experiences do not define them and that healing, growth, and transformation are possible.
