D’Jenne is a former Division I and professional track and field athlete who now serves as a mental health counselor and mental performance coach. Having competed at the highest levels, she knows firsthand what it feels like to perform on big stages and the unique pressures that come with it. She joined Unapologetic Psychology in 2025 with a passion for helping others reach their goals while prioritizing their mental and emotional well-being. D’Jenne brings experience working in collegiate athletics, professional sports, and university counseling settings, providing practical, evidence-based support for anxiety, performance pressure, identity transitions, and confidence, both within and beyond sport. She specializes in working with individuals and athletes navigating performance anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and big life transitions. D’Jenne offers mental health services to clients in Illinois under supervision, and mental performance coaching nationwide, helping individuals show up with intention, resilience, and self-trust in the moments that matter most.
