Aneesa is a licensed professional counselor with a mental health service provider designation in the State of Tennessee. She joined Unapologetic Psychology PLLC in 2025 and is based out of Nashville, TN. Aneesa primarily works with individuals and couples (traditional and non-traditional structures) that hold systemically marginalized identities. She specializes in couples’ work, attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, and sense of self/identity work. Aneesa utilizes elements of Radical ideologies, Relational Cultural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Existentialism, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and more to aid her clients in healing and being more present in their bodies, lives, and relationships.
